air bnb and mortgages

Following on from a previous thread about air bnb.

Which banks allow you to do air bnb in the terms and conditions of their mortgages?

Mine said I can't.

I’m with Santander, and mortgage broker said to me that I can’t do Airbnb as it’s not a btl mortgage.

Air B and B is a short term let so I can’t see that any residential mortgage would allow that.

Woolwich/Barclays said no too.
