Party wall agreement drawings

Hi.

We are currently planning a rear extension that will be within 3m of our neighbours each side for which we will need a party wall agreement. As per the government guidance, we will need provide drawings to the neighbours (we will reprint the outline drawings we submitted to the council) and a cross section showing the foundations. My questions is, has anyone done the cross section drawing themselves? The foundations will be approximately 1m and we have measured the distance between houses so would it be madness to draw it ourselves or is that a silly idea?

Would be dead easy as long as it's clear enough. Are you on good terms with the neighbours? Ours just signed straight away, they were just keen that we removed the old shared chimney stack from the roof for them! If the surveyors get involved they can start questioning it all at that point.
