Nightingale Triangle Clapham South - area advise please

We’re looking to move from the Hyde Farm area of Balham into the Nightingale Triangle. We really like the Clapham South end of it, roads like Bellamy, Alderbrook, Lysias. I’m wondering about schools and whether they are as lovely and quiet as they seem. Any advice welcome!

State or Private?

Primary or secondary?

Ah, apologies, I should be more specific. We’re thinking about primary for now and would prefer a good state school. Am also interested in general thoughts on the area and roads. Thanks!

Can't comment on the schools but I know the area and nearly bought a flat once on Lysias Road. All nice roads but I am sure you are aware that parking is tight and many of these roads are "rat runs" that people use to skirt Clapham South and link up further down the high road or to Balham. Not an issue as long as you are aware of this.
