Help! Need washer dryer recommendations

Hi
I’m looking to get a washer dryer and wondered if anyone had any recommendations of ones they’ve got that are really good?
I’ve heard quite a lot of mixed reviews but we currently only have space for a washing machine (that’s on its last legs) and our tumble dryer is about 300 years old stashed away in the cellar, so just one appliance would be great

Any ideas?

Have you got anywhere that you could stack both? We had a good quality one (ok expensive) the drum was small for washing and the drying aspect stopped working two days after warranty ran out. If you have so where you could stack them one on the other I’d go with that!

Hi @Iracemouth I really don’t have the space to stack them unfortunately and the tumble dryer in the cellar has to have about 3 different extension leads connected to it which is really awkward!
