Retrofitting infill panels in kitchen

We have a useless 15cm wide "wine fridge" in our five year old kitchen. It's broken down so needs to go and I don't want to replace. If I move the undercounter integrated fridge which is next to it, I could just have two 7.5 infill panels made to go either side of the slightly moved fridge iyswim? How do I go about getting that done? It's not a DIY job and too small for a professional to do I think.

Have you considered simply replacing the 150mm wine cooler with a 150mm cupboard? .. virtually all kitchen manufacturers offer them these days, they're standard size and should just slot in where the cooler was.

It's just a case of finding a door that matches/contrasts well with the rest of your kitchen; if the kitchen's only 5 year old then hopefully the manufacturer can still supply you with an additional cabinet.

That would be option 1 .. if that's not possible; you could purchase a cheap 150mm pull out mechanism to re-use the space effectively.

If that's a no-go too, is there an end support panel between the wine cooler and the fridge? .. there should hopefully be one, as it's poor practice to have two appliances side-by-side in a kitchen without a panel supporting the worktop between them .. you could cut down that panel to create a colour-matched filler panel as a last resort.

If all else fails; you can't get an additional cupboard, can't get a pull-out to re-use the space and there's no panels available to make colour-matched fillers, you could replace the plinth from the kitchen with something like a cheap mirror finish and use the existing plinth to create the filler; it should be ~150mm tall.

Super helpful, thank you. Interestingly there isn't a support panel between the two appliances...
