Anyone had a kitchen In Cashmere from DIY Kitchen.com

I have seen Cashmere as a door colour in so many brands (Howdens, Wickes and DIY Kitchens) but each looks different depending on the lighting. Has anyone had DIY Kitchens one which is where I want to purchase (Stanbury or Norton painted). My husband thinks it looks too “pink” but I’m sure that’s just the light and I see it as a kind of creamy/very light coffee which is what I really want. If you’ve had or seen the Cashmere installed, please let me know whether you think it’s more pink or creamy?

I have a Stanbury cashmere DIY kitchen. Remember that the direction the room faces will affect the colour. Ours is south-facing. It’s definitely not pink looking at all. Coffee is a better description of it but DIY will send you either a sample of the colour or a whole door.

I have that colour of kitchen from Howden (confusingly called Stone) but have some DIY samples as we plan to add some units. It's definitely beige with a hint of pink as opposed to grey or yellow, but it's a nice neutral colour. Looks good with black and dark reds. I'd get a couple of sample doors.

I agree light coffee would be a good description.

Can you get a sample to take home?

For about £20 (refundable deposit IIRC) DIY kitchens will send an actual sample door about 30x40cm. If you visit the showroom in Pontefract they have pocket size samples about 10cm square you can take home.

DIY Kitchens will actually send the small samples out to you.

My DD has just had a cashmere DIY kitchen installed and it's definitely not pinky. I would say more putty /grey . I'd recommend ordering a sample .

MIL has cashmere Stanbury and it is a perfect colour match to F&B Purbeck Stone
