Fire labels

About to buy two identical second hand sofas for my rental property. One has fire labels, the other doesn't.

Does that sound ok?

I wouldn't. You have to be 100% sure that the furniture is fire safe. It probably is as the regs have been in for so long but not worth chancing.

always easier to let tenants provide furniture!!

Thanks- that was my thoughts too. Shame as they are only a year old & a good brand. But hey ho.
