Replacing bathroom suite

Trying to sell house but bathroom suite is from 90s. Think champagne / beige suite.

Is it possible to just replace the suite without a complete re-tile? Bathrooms are completely tiled floor to ceiling.

Yes - but it's a lot easier if the bath is same height and positioning for the plumbing etc

can't see the point.

Aren't you doing it with the intention of looking nice?

The suite colour is the most offensive item and I need to sell quickly and don't have the funds for a complete gut and refurb
