Moving to Chester area

Hi
Looking to move in the next couple of months. Am now in Chester and looking at areas for the first time.
So far have been to Heswall, Neston and Ness to look at houses and think too far from Chester. Have driven round Upton which seems good but maybe too much of a suburb? Like the look of Mollington and have driven down Berwick Road in Little Sutton which we really liked!
So am now looking for local knowledge re Little Sutton please.
Am going to explore Tarvin, Tarporley, Christleton and Frodsham today. Any other suggestions where to look? Just to add budget is up to £700k, but prefer £600-650, and upto 30min commute to Ellesmere Port.
Thanks.

My village! Farndon.. i don't live there anymore and I know it's grown since I was a little girl but it has everything you need. It might be a bit more than 30 mins to Ellesmere Port though

Will definitely have a look. Not much on the market just now but hopefully more in the new year.

Little Sutton is too close to Ellesmere poet for my liking, I wouldn’t live there and the secondary schools are shit.
The places you’ve listed are the Wirral really not Chester

Really- Berwick Road has some lovely houses and there are of course private schools. The Wirral was rather tatty and underwhelming.

Well I live on the Wirral so thanks for that. I’m sure you’ll enjoy Little Sutton then
