Survey query

I’ve just accepted a full asking price offer on my property after 5 days and 5 viewings.
All good.
Thirty minute survey is booked for this week.
Is this likely to be a mortgage only survey?
Seems a bit short.
I ask because the house needs plenty of work doing to it.
I’ve been honest to buyers when they viewed. The house was a doer upper for us but job relocation means we have to move without completing renovations.
If you have a mortgage survey then do you go on to have a full structural survey?
They seem to understand what work is required ( bloody loads!)

That sounds like a mortgage survey. Our buyers had both, a mortgage survey of about 20 minutes and a full structural survey. The full structural survey took 3.5 hours!!
