Hi all, we are having a new kitchen installed, we will have two towers one with a single oven in and one with a oven with microwave and a warming drawer. we have been advised by a few people to get the larger warming drawer, this makes sense to us except that we have no idea how to then make that symmetrical with the single oven?! Hope that makes sense 🤞🏻 Has anyone also had this problem? Did you find a good solution? Thanks x

I've got a shallow warming drawer.
Complete waste of space apart from somewhere to store the oven gloves.
Get a big one.

This is a kitchen, which is fundamentally a practical room. Why should symmetry trump practicality?

I don't like the recent obsession with symmetry in kitchens - it often leads to impractical layouts imo.

I am currently having a very asymmetrical kitchen fitted btw, and it looks amazing. It also ticks every single one of my practicality boxes.

@ReceptacleForTheRespectable I agree.
We rejected a beautiful symmetrical design (which included stupid 150cm wide wall units to 'balance' the 150cm base pull out units) and our newly installed asymmetrical kitchen is extremely functional.
