External aerials and/ or satellite TV

I am buying a new build townhouse. I have been told that because they have used cellotex to insulate the loft space, internal aerials cannot be installed and I need to source someone who will supply and fit external aerial. My other option is satellite tv which apparently is the best option in terms of signal. My question is, if I choose to go with satellite TV, should I still have an external aerial installed anyway? Got 5 TV points to connect so it seems like possibly an unnecessary expense but maybe it's best to get it done before I am moved in anyway. I don't know??!!

We have 2 TVs and a satellite for Sky. But we also have an external aerial which has been useful when Sky hasn’t worked for some reason. Also before we got Sky in our room we plugged the tv into the aerial and got free view.
