I realise it’s how long is a piece of string but how much are the following jobs generally. I’m in Yorkshire.

Rebuilding a conservatory as an extension to the kitchen and new kitchen
New heating system including water tank and radiators (but boiler might be okay)
Adding or creating an en-suite (with plumbing close by)
Replacing patio doors
Putting a door into the garage and creating a utility area in there

Also in the North, patio doors we were quoted £700-1200 depending on size and spec (paid £900 for 1200 French doors)

We created a shower room by knocking two rooms together. Structural work done as part of wider building works so can't estimate wall costs, but just to fit a shower and sink (with some plumbing already in place) is coming out around £2K so I would estimate £3-4K for the full job

*includes supply as well as fit of shower, tray, wall panels etc.

Depends on the size of the extension but maybe 100k in total?
