How much would you offer on this house? https://www.dandhlaw.co.uk/property/1-howburn-road-thurso Hopefully link works. It's been up for sale for a while now. Kitchen will need doing.

£78000. As it looks like it needs new kitchen, new bathroom, garden clearing, re-dec throughout. That’s just from the photos. I didn’t read the spec!!

Normal construction just houses are cheap here another house on the same street sold at £95000 it was completely modernised though.

Agree with PP. Looks suspiciously like a non-trad. Maybe Wimpey No Fines or Laing Easiform.
