We have just had a kitchen refurb and have a new BEKO integrated washing machine which is shaking so violently the cups fell off the worktops!

I have spoken to BEKO who were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I am going to speak to the installer but has anyone got any ideas how to stop this?

Mine did this and there were some bolts I had to unscrew in the drum before the first use!!

Transport bolts - remove these and calm will restore!

Also check it is level.
It may have adjustable feet which unscrew to level it.
(Need a spirit level)

Does the drum turn?

Maybe it is due to the flooring. Where my washing machine was previously standing the floor was bouncy. Relocated now onto a solid concrete floor and it is fine. Your machine perhaps has adjustable screw feet. We previously kept having to adjust them.

Amazon do an anti vibration mat that could help too . It's less than £20.
