Fee for what? Mine charged £500 just to do a scale drawing of my current house.

mumdone · 25/11/2019 19:26

From schemes right through to drawings for building control.

We paid c£2k. That was for drawings, two revisions, fees for submission for planning permission and building control etc. I would recommend spending a bit on your architect.

Ours was £6k last year - initial drawings and detailed drawings. Bit overpriced imo and didn't get what we wanted as way way over spec. Didn't bloody listen to us so make sure yours does!

Circa 2k is ok...6k not so much!! Thanks

We paid £2k, included drawings, revisions and seeing it through planning.

We are at just under £3k for everything from measuring up, all drawings, submission through planning submission through BC and any revisions needed. After this is signed off we then get a builders pack with all the details of the build.
