Hi. We plan to demolish our semi detached garage as we plan to have a double storey side extension. We’re having conflicting advise about a party wall. Our neighbours our totally fine with us knocking down and plan to do similar in a few years. We just need to make good. Has anyone else knocked down a semi detached garage before?
