We are choosing our engineered wood floors (will have underfloor heating ) and considering oak floor from Havwoods and Element7. Wondering if anyone might comment - it feels like something to invest in as it’s a fundamental part of the house, but oh so expensive! And we have kids and a dog so it will take a beating. For anyone who has chosen either of these, would love your input on how easy they are to maintain, how happy you are with them, value for money, or any other input. Thank you so much for any help!
