Does anyone know how to remove these ceiling lights?

Just wondering does anyone know how to get these recessed ceiling lights out to replace them?
Have tried to add a picture, hoping it works!

Is there a wee wire there that you can remove from the front of the bulb?

There is a metal clip that you pull back to release the bulb fitting.

I just had an electrician here on Friday for the same bulbs. That wire at the front holds the bulb in, so remove it by pulling on the v shaped bit. It pops out then you can reach the bulb.
