I am so upset I've barely slept for days. I spent almost 10k on a kitchen and now it's being fitted. I've attached pics please tell me this isn't normal and what I can do?
The worktops have been cut with the raw edges showing, there are small chips on the apparently unchippable doors, the upstand isn't flush.

I'm beside myself. Given two length of worktop with four sealed sides they've chosen to chop it at the end point? Should they fix this? It will mean replacing the entire length on this side. They haven't used the chrome rad pipes I bought (they are on all my previous rads) and they made a hole that's still visible when fitting the electrics.

Who did you buy the kitchen from? Did you use their approved fitters or your own tradesmen?
Either way you’re going to have to bite the bullet and complain about the workmanship to someone. The worktop edging shouldn’t be left like that, (for small sections there’s normally an edging strip that is fitted so a whole new worktop will not likely be needed) as it will allow water in and swell over time. The radiator pipe work should have been specified as chrome when you discussed your works although there may be a good reason why they couldn’t use it but you should have been told. As for the hole, I would have thought this should have been made good.
The chips in the doors could have been your tradesmans fault or they could have arrived like that, either way, all of this seems like an easy fix providing you are firm when you discuss it with them (or the kitchen company you used)
