Help - bed has collapsed!

My bed collapsed last night - the headboard has come away completely from the bed base. It looks as though the screws going from headboard to bed are bent (attached pic) and that a bolt that should hold them secure is missing.

Cannot get bed details or replacement from shop as I didn't buy bed!

Does anyone know what these are called as I am searching online and cannot find anything remotely similar? There is a casing in the headboard that they fit into.

Take the bolt to your local hardware store and ask for a nut to fit it or even better an identical nut and unbent bolt. You may wish to check the other side is ok or take that set from the other side with you to get an identical set. Screw fix, toolstation, b&q etc do these but you’d need to measure what you need if ordering online so prob better to go in person with the bits and ask for help. B&q will be dear.

You must have had a good time last night to bend the bolt that much! Grin

I think they might be called m8 concealed bed bolts?

@Wineanddine23 Ha! You'd think so, wouldn't you? Not the case though!

Thanks all x
