Kitchen cabinets/tiles - have you sprayed them yourself/had them sprayed?

Apologies if this has been done to death, but can anyone please recommend a company to spray kitchen tiles and cabinets? We’re in London (and it’s a tiny kitchen!).

We probably can’t afford anything north of £700 so I’m wondering if I may need to get real and get my roller out instead (or invest in a hvlp sprayer that I have seen on Amazon!). In fact, has anyone sprayed their kitchen or tiles themselves? Is it just too much of a faff? (I am petrified of it going everywhere and all over my newly painted lounge!).

The reason I was thinking of spraying rather than painting it myself is that I have just painted my bathroom and lounge and whilst I am chuffed with both, they are not perfect and I imagine kitchen cabinets (old melamine ones at that) will be even less forgiving!

There is a company called One Stop Refinishers which I saw recommended on here (and it gets good reviews elsewhere on the internet). I haven't used them but I have had a quote and probably will when we are at a point to revamp our kitchen. They quote by photo so you have nothing to lose by sending them a few.
