Does any one know current rate for agency sales fees in south east London? House in good condition worth approx 750k pounds.

Also, any comments on the market with ongoing Brexit fatigue?

About 1% but negotiable in this market I'd say.

We paid 0.5% last year. In Hampshire.

We are paying .75%

Exactly as @Lightsabre said, agents are desperate for sales stock so if you play your cards well, you should be able to get a good deal below the 1% mark in the current market
