Hi all, just wondered if anyone could advise on this... I'm trying to gather some quotes for homebuyer reports and there is a huge difference in price! Given that the report is standardised would cheapness indicate a lack of quality to you? I'm confused because they're all chartered surveyors so must be a certain standard but a £200 difference is a lot!
