I'll leave it that.. genuinely intrigued and can't think of a single reason why.

Wtf Confused

I have no idea, that is ridiculous!

MissDew · 04/11/2019 14:09

I agree but a thread has already been started regarding this.

Cannabis farm some say.

Bartlet · 04/11/2019 14:10

Being used as an office? Can imagine that many sockets if there were multiple desks with monitors, printers etc on them.

joffreyscoffees · 04/11/2019 14:24

Ah I did look for another thread first!

A cannabis farm in a 1 million+ house? The cannabis business must be much more high brow than it is here in the north!

Oh wow. And some of them aren't even put on straight Grin not enough sockets is a pet peeve of mine but that's taking it to extremes!

Winesalot · 04/11/2019 14:28

I thought an office. Maybe a call centre or a company requiring high powered PCs and multiple monitors per person like a production company.

Original thread

That's a house in Edinburgh - also bonkers but I quite like it!

I suppose the office thing is more plausible, I've not come across business being run out of homes that would require so many workstations in all rooms before.

What's with all the spotlights. Looks like the house has chickenpox!

Ginnymweasley · 04/11/2019 18:20

It appears to have all the sockets our house was missing when we moved in. 1 socket in each bedroom and only 2 sockets in the kitchen. Obviously that house just stole them all.

johnd2 · 04/11/2019 18:21

Trainee electrician perhaps?
I wonder if some are not sockets, hard to tell on my phone but could be data cables, central vacuum system the round ones perhaps, and maybe lots of home cinema rooms with the audio/video connections?

Rainbowshine · 04/11/2019 18:24

If it was just one room I would say study for home worker or even room for someone requiring medical kit like a heart monitor or dialysis or something. But that’s beyond! You could put the telly anywhere though.

MadnessInMethod · 04/11/2019 18:25

We have a recording studio in our house and could really do with those sockets, instead we have a million extension cables,
