I'm buying a new build property using help to buy. We have been told that we are waiting for help to buy to allocate funds for 2020 and this is what is holding us up (mortgage is done and solicitors ready.) I'm confused because I thought you were supposed to hear back 4 working days after they received the forms?
Can anyone help? I'm a FTB and don't have a clue if this is correct.
