Searches report - over diligent or something we need to inspect?

We’re FTB so totally inexperienced. We’re buying a ground floor flat in a purpose built building of flats. Survey all came back fine but I understand a survey doesn’t delve deep anyway.

Searches report back from my solicitor. All passes except:

The drainage search revealed foul and surface water DOES drain into the public sewerage system.

And then immediately underneath it:

The drainage search revealed foul and surface water DOES NOT drain into the public sewerage system.

Looks like whoever prepared the report forgot to delete the statement which doesn’t apply. Get back to them and ask for this to be corrected. If purpose built flats, unlikely to be a problem.
