Hi all
We just bought a house and it needs a bit of work before we move in. A complete rewire, new radiators and decoration throughout.

We also need to do a side return kitchen extension and want to add in a utility room, downstairs loo - the usual!

I’ve had one architect meeting and quote thus far but wasn’t majorly impressed. Definitely want to meet a few others before any decisions.

In terms of the build design I want to keep it pretty simple but we will need some steels obviously and some advice on layout and storage would be helpful.

Does anyone know any local architects or others authorised to produce drawings suitable for Building Consent?

Hi, only just seen your post but which part of North London are you in? I do property refurbs and extensions on my buy to let portfolio and have got a couple of really good contacts.

Hi! I can help you if you haven't found an Architect yet? Where is your house? I work mostly in Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Highgate.

When I had my kitchen extension done I went to the local council website, found details of architects that had submitted similar plans and then contacted them.
