Hi all just to let you know that unfortunately we have recently had a door made by them and they are the WORST company we have dealt with throughout the entire building project. We have used many suppliers for doors, windows etc and they have all been excellent. The London Door Company on the other hand are appalling. There is no customer service, or communication and the lack of duty of care is unbelievable. We currently have a half finished job and I will be looking to finish the work with other contractors and looking to take the matter further. I have made an official complaint and would advise that you do not use them. I now realise there are many legitimate, good companies out there that will do a better job for less than half the money. I can see that TLDC is now part of the Neville Johnson group and I would steer clear of them at all costs
