Heritage Park Tooting - service charges?

This is very specific and possibly outing but I’m looking at purchasing a flat in this estate. It has a service charge but I wondered if by chance there were any other residents here who knew whether it’s a fixed charge or does it periodically increase? Would be great to know in advance before spending money on surveys and solicitors fees etc. Thanks!

I don’t know the development but as a principle, the service charge is is never fixed. It depends on what needs doing and how big the sinking fund is.

The estate agent should be able to tell you who manages the estate. Or go and look at notice boards - there will be the name of the company. Give them a ring and ask about a sinking fund, planned works etc.
