Radiator sizes?!

Evening,

We are currently in the middle of a project to knock through from kitchen to dining room and replace the kitchen. I have two radiators that we would like to replace with a different style but I'm really struggling with the size we need and getting mixed messages from our builders. Any advice would be gratefully received!

Hopefully you can see the picture I've attached. Width from pipe to pipe is 54cm, from valve to valve 50cm and just the radiator 44cms. The second radiator is exactly 10cms larger. So what size do I need for replacements?! The ones we really like are column radiators from BestHeating or Victorian Plumbing but they seem to be odd widths, such as 603mm or 425mm. Which measurement do I take?

buy the size that fits the space.

If you're knocking holes in walls and rebuilding rooms - getting the pipes adjusted to fit your ideal radiator is an extremely small inconvenience.

We are not removing any existing radiator pipework, only the wall between the two rooms so the existing fittings will stay, hence issue where to measure from. They don't seem like standard sizes. The flooring is going down tomorrow as well so no chance of doing any additional pipework
