Top hung velux

I have a top hung velux in my new loft conversion and understand that it can be opened on a centre swivel too but can't figure this out. Does anyone have any experience of this or could point me in the direction of a video that shows you what to do. There is a ventilation handle at the top but I don't want to yank too hard and break it!

Yes you pull down on the ventilation handle & it opens the Velux.

I assume I just unlock the bottom handle but don't open it and then pull down on the top ventilation handle?
