New cloakroom- cost ??

Hi we have a tiny downstairs loo/ cloakroom- sorry not at home but must be like barely 1 metre by 1.5- its a 30s house and its downstairs by the front door, kind of angled to squeeze in next to it and door is at bottom of staircase if you get me.

I want to rip up floorboards in there (which continue through rest of downstairs- is this an issue or can they cut around ?) put tiles down on floor
take horrid tiles off wall and put new wall tiles up to half way on wall

replace existing loo and tiny basin with newer/nicer models in exactly the same spot.

I was hoping as its such a tiny room and we aren't moving any plumbing etc it could be a 2 day job- labour only £500? Do you think this could work?

Aye, sounds like it could work. The floorboards though - would probably be easier to board them, tile that, and get the door shaved down if need be?

We've just done similar, loo and baisin from Victoria plum and tiling, fitting and laying down flooring was just under £500.

Thanks for giving me hope (& great tips) !! Selling stuff on eBay to try and raise £500 for labour so fingers crossed I'm not dreaming.
