Anyone had one recently? If so, would you be able to give me a rough idea of cost? I want to convert ours into playroom-type thing but really have zero idea how much it will cost! It's attached to the house.

Depending on exactly what state the garage is currently in, and what needs to be done you could be looking something in the £5000 to £10,000 range.

Thanks, that was what I was hoping for! It's in good condition internally and also externally as it's a fairly new house, and we don't want anything fancy so hopefully it'll be a decent price! Just fed up of our living room looking like a soft play area...
