I would appreciate some advice from people who have a second holiday home (no holiday home bashing required thanks)

What kind of costs do I need to consider? I'm struggling to work out what my budget is with a 150k deposit. Looking in the peaks, West Side preferred. I would let it out for a lot of the year, including majority of summer hols.

Extra SDLT, all the usual bills of running a home (think council tax), income tax on rental income, the usual buying fees (solicitors, searches etc), management fees unless you're doing it yourself, don't forget cleaning/changeover fees...
