We’re about to get the keys to our first mortgaged house after renting for 15 years. It’s an old house and needs completely rewired. Would you advise me to consider upgrades like smart plugs? I know nothing about these things (old fogey) and I don’t want to miss out on something that would be efficient to include at this stage. Are they something that you would recommend?
