Finally saved enough money, bugger all on the market!

Did this happen to anyone else? We’d seen loads we’d have bought that were within budget whilst we were saving. Now there’s barely anything! Sod’s law or sellers generally not marketing their houses?

I think it's the bloody B word. This area is the same, very little coming on to the market.

Also, people tend not to market houses now because of a potential Christmas completion date. I definitely think brexit is a concern, but it's also a very bad time of year to look generally. Spring time is the best time to look, if you can hang on till then 🙂
