Hi
House is for sale. Really want to move to a popular town on anglesey that has great school and community feel. Not much on the market only ones that have lots of work needed. Have seen the following but, i want a social kitchen family room. I am thinking would be good to move kitchen to living room and do something with the conservatory??? Any ideas what could be done? Will probably have 40-50k to spend pictures attached
Thank you

Have you got a floor plan? What do you mean by do something with the conservatory?

If you mean using it as a living room you'll probably need to put an insulated roof on it as it will be too cold to sit in in winter, PIL just had theirs done for £25k in the SE but it depends on whether the foundations and structure can support the weight of a roof.

I mean using the conservatory as part of the kitchen somehow. I would like a large kitchen family room but seems the conservatory isn't going to work

Knock the conservatory down and extend the current kitchen across the back of the property, adding a pitch roof with value windows and bi-fold doors across the back? No idea how much that would cost though

That's the only thing i can suggest too, extend across the back and into where the conservatory currently is and turn the day room into a utility room. I think it would cost you more than 40-50k though I'm afraid.
