Living in Chiswick

Hi, I am in the process of relocating to Chiswick from the US and was wondering if the southern part of Chiswick around the South Western train line was a good neighborhood to live in. We have a 2 YO son, so are looking for a family friendly neighborhood with good nurseries.

Thank you,
Henna

We LOVE it. I live near Chiswick House (gorgeous park), and would recommend this part of Chiswick because it’s near the river, Dukes Meadows, great schools, the train station, easy access to and from Heathrow. Anywhere in Chiswick is fantastic though. I can’t rave about it enough.
It’s like living in the countryside with London on your doorstep. Brilliant for families.
Ealing in West London is also beautiful.

Lol, not to confuse you OP - it's nothing like the countryside. It's a suburb.

Chiswick is fairly expensive property wise - you can get more for your money if you look further out.
