Help please. We want an Omnitub for our bathroom installation which is supposed to be happening in two weeks. I went online to place my order, but wanted to speak with someone first. I have tried every contact channel they provide, but receive no response. A lot of people on Mumsnet have the Omnitub, but I fear they may have gone out of business? Something is strange. Omnitub owners, did you have the same issues? Thanks, Emily

Hi we’ve ordered a soaking tub from Omnitub online on 18th September but the bathtub hasn’t been delivered yet.
I’ve managed to talk to a guy called Oli, he’s supposed to check and call me back ... no luck so far...

Thanks. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the one you ordered. I suspect there must be some problems at Omnitub. It looked to be a wonderful product, and I can't find the same anywhere.

Out of the blue, the bathtub’s been delivered this morning. We’re just about claiming our money back.

Admittedly we got it about a year ago, but was delivered within about a week
No problems with Omnitub

Your bathroom looks beautiful. Do you use a step to get into the Omnitub and do you shower in it. Is it easy to shower in? Thanks! Emily
