For background, put house on market in May. Had two sellers pull out (one because of chain pressures, one just changed their minds) and not had much luck since. Viewings trickled away with lots of indecisive viewers and haven't had anything for over a week and nothing on the horizon.
The similar type of properties near me that have been on a while haven't sold either - lots of for sale signs, not much sold.
So giving up now and will be back on again in the Spring, hopefully things will pick back up again.
Good luck to anyone else struggling to sell at the moment, but it'll be nice not to have to worry about keeping things super tidy just in case someone wants to view!
