Packing Service Query (removals)

Moving early in the new year but thinking about all the things I need to sort out.

I have been advised that the packing service is worth it's weight in gold and I intend to use this but I am not sure of what is expected of me. For example, my clothes. Do I leave my clothes/underwear in the drawers and they will pack them away? I know everyone has pants and bras but not sure if strangers would want to touch my undies!

It is definitely worth it's weight in gold!

When we used it they just took the drawers out with everything in them and had hanging boxes which they emptied the wardrobes into.

All we did was pack an overnight bag and put some kitchen bits and bobs to one side as they did a lot of the packing the day before we moved. I also sorted through and got rid of stuff we didn't want/need anymore prior to them packing.
