I've just been diagnosed with cancer. And we're buying a house so my husband is doing the application alone as I won't get a mortgage due to me being off work etc plus I've got shit credit but that's by the by.
Our broker said it shouldn't be an issue, until they've sent this form.. he said it's because it's a joint account and 2 salaries going into it (currently)
What the fuck do we do? We had to sign a declaration that I'm not financially dependent on him as my mum is helping me out whilst I'm off work. But this form says if I move in it's mortgage fraud..
Please can anyone help?!
