Thinking of buying a new kitchen from diykitchens.com but heard mixed reviews, with one friend saying that the paint on the units started chipping after a year or so. Anyone else had a similar experience with them?

We had our DIY Kitchens painted kitchen installed around 18 months ago. Very pleased with it. The quality is excellent and no issues with chipping.

Ours has been in about 3 months. Between ordering and delivery, the company were having problems and were getting loads of bad press. However our order was fine and really pleased with it. It feels very solid and they've got a huge range of cabinets. My parents are looking at getting one soon!

Had mine (a painted cream one) about 5 years, all good so far.

I have one in a holiday rental property and it's survived brilliantly.

If designing it yourself puts you off, find OnePlan on Houzz and she'll plan it with you.

Ours is almost 18 months old and still perfect. We’re really really happy with it.

Got a linwood blue kitchen - had it for 2 years and no problems with the paint, previously used the same cupboards in my utility 4 years ago and they are still as good as new. Love my DIY Kitchen would definitely recommend.
