Does this look like subsidence?

Were looking at a property. And I saw this on the corner of one of the walls. Look like someone has tried to fill it in.
I know I will need a survery but before we waste money I thought I would ask here.any views or comments appreciated

Possibly some movement in the corner judging by the picture although I would need to see the full wall

It's the wall to the left of the white one.
Excuse the kids. It was a nightmare taking these I couldn't look properly.

Also the other photo is a patio door with cracks is that a normal thing?
