Moving a bit further out

Hey,

I was wondering if someone could give me an idea of what is it like to live around Hamsey Green. We have seen a property there and the area looks good (obviously we’ll visit again) but it would be great to get some thoughts from people who know the area. We have a 7 yo girl and schools look ok (Hamsey green primary?) and any thought on Warlingham secondary?

The primary look awful. The secondary looks ok.
