Can a painter/decorator quote from house plans and pictures

Want a quote for new house painting inside. Could they do it from pictures and house plan on estate agents site?

Or do 8 have to make another spot with estate agent.....

They can give you a reasonably accurate estimate I reckon.
I would be expecting around 500 per room plus 1000 for the hall stairs and landing if you are anywhere near london

Agree with Alexalee. I have decorators quoting from house plans on a regular basis.. rates above are about right too.

If by new house, you mean a new built, then I’d expect a ballpark figure to be possible.

If not a new built, then I’d be surprised as they need to have a good look up close to see what work is required.

not new build, but id be expecting a bit of leeway in the quote for anything unexpected.
