Copper sinks and taps

Has anyone got them in their kitchen? I love the look of them but not sure how practical they are, will they tarnish and go green? Are they high maintenance?

Provided your kitchenmaid polishes them twice a day, and gives them a rub with a rag every time they are splashed with water, they will look fine.

My gosh are they that high maintenance!?

send me a quid and I'll post you an offcut of copper pipe.

Polish it up and leave it by the sink where it will get splashed.

It will be covered in marks by the end of the day.
