Wickes Heritage kitchen... tell me about it!!

So I think I've decided on Wickes heritage kitchen. I wanted a shaker style and I like the way the doors are 'in frame'. Has anyone else got this? Have you found it to be good quality? Any issues?

Yes I’ve got it and absolutely no complaints, it’s lovely quality

One thing to look into is Benchmarx.
Their kitchen are the exact same ones as Wickes. (If you get the catalogue for both then you will see the pictures are the same)
Benchmarx are noticeable cheaper than Wickes. We priced our kitchen up with a bank holiday 60% off deal and Benchmarx was still cheaper.

You will need to find your own fitter and you might find they have an account as Benchmarx are technically trade. However when I bought my kitchen I was able to open an account and order with them. Their designer came round and sorted it all out.
The best thing is they have most of their stuff in stock so if something is damaged then it’s quick to replace. Also the cabinets are already assembled which will save half a days wages.

Ours has been in for two years now and looks like new. Not the same style but I’m really happy with the quality.

I promise I don’t work for Benchmarx.

Oooo that's really interesting thank you @PancakeAndKeith , I'll have a look.
Glad you're happy with the quality @CoolShoeshine Smile

I'm clearly getting old when I'm so excited over getting a new kitchen Grin

Negoiate the price with Wickes. Don't take the first price they tell you, there's always deals available. Wink

Its a lovely kitchen but we have a similar one and those inside frames are a bugger to keep clean.

Beerandpancakes · 23/09/2019 21:47

We have one and it's a lovely kitchen. In store designers were good too. Wickes delivery and customer service is rubbish though so make sure delivery is well in advance and you double check everything if you do go with them.
