Downstairs bathroom

The house we’ve moved to has an old bathroom downstairs (no shower) and a newish wetroom upstairs. We don’t use the bath but the downstairs toilet is useful.
I want to take out the bath and put washing machine and dryer there. Would this make selling the house harder? We only have two beds so is just a shower enough without a bath?

Is asked a lot on here.

There are a lot of people - me amongst them- who would be put off a house with no bath, then there are always others who come on and say they've not had a bath in 10 years.
The fact it would put off quite a lot of people does mean you then half the 'pool' of potential buyers.
However, if you are going to live there for a few years, then you should do what works for you, not what some theoretical buyer, some years away might or might not like.
